This new position builds on her extensive experience within the organization, where she previously served as Head of the Data Science team for the Private Bank in Asset & Wealth Management Marketing and most recently as the Head of D&A for Chase Marketing.
In her new role, Perkins-Munn will lead efforts to integrate cutting-edge fintech and AI/ML technologies aimed at creating seamless and connected consumer experiences. As Head of Analytics & Insight, Dr. Perkins-Munn is responsible for creating a leading-edge marketing analytics function and platform for data and advanced analytics (including ML, AI, etc.) that will uncover and illustrate key business insights through the power of a data-, analytics- and measurement-driven marketing.
Dr. Perkins-Munn previously served as Global Head of Client Analytics for J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in Asset Management where she led a team of data scientists, data engineers, statisticians and digital analysts toward the goal of using client data more impactfully to increase product penetration among clients and to convert prospects into clients. Before JPM, she led similar teams at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley that conducted analytics and uncovered insights to reduce cost, mitigate risk, improve client service, and maximize profitability.
